Once we confirm the availability, a 50 percent down payment is required to process the order. Down payment is non-refundable.
Remaining balance to be settled once it arrives in the Philippines.
I don’t see the shoe I want in the website, can I still order it?
The shoes on our online catalogue are just placeholders. You can order any running shoe. As long as it’s available in Japan, it can be done.
What is SPECIAL ORDER release?
We can special order shoes that aren’t available in Japan.
Some colors, sizes may not be available in Japan and this is the best time to do a SPECIAL ORDER.
Disadvantage: Delivery takes longer and price is higher.

What payment options do you accept?
Bank transfer or GCASH
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD) / Cash on Pick Up (COP)?
Yes. After the down payment has been paid, the remaining balance can be settled via COD / COP. Please note that there will be additional fees charged by the payment processor for this option.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
We have FREE SHIPPING. So no need to worry about surprises.
Does it come with the shoe box?
Yes. The shoe box is included but don’t expect it to be pristine. We’re catering to fellow runners – not shoe box collectors.
Can I change sizes?
Due to the nature of the service, we cannot exchange sizes.
Are sales final?
All sales are final.
How long does it take to get from Japan to Philippines?
Once we have the item in Osaka, usual ETA is 2 weeks.
I’m outside the Philippines, can I still order?
Yes, you can.
Do you ship to the United States / Europe?
Yes. We use DHL. Shipping is expensive though.
If you have alternative courier options, we’re open to it as long as they
can pick up from our warehouse.
Do you ship to other countries in Asia?
Yes. We actually ship to any country where DHL delivers.
Are shoes covered in warranty?
Since what we offer is an international purchasing service, items donβt carry official manufacturer warranty in the Philippines.
Unpaid balances
Failure to settle the remaining balance within 45 days after the item has arrived in the Philippines will result in the forfeiture of the reserved item and forfeiture of the downpayment as penalty.
